• Conduct technical screening interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in technical recruitment, preferably within the Stellenbosch or broader Western Cape area.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for roles such as software engineers, data analysts, network administrators, and cybersecurity specialists.
• Strong understanding of various programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and candidate management skills.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• A relevant degree or certification in IT, Human Resources, or a related field is an advantage.
