You will drive advanced sourcing, conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews, and advise clients on market trends while partnering with hiring managers to optimize the interview process in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for software engineers, data scientists, network engineers, and cybersecurity analysts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong IT concepts and programming knowledge.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and technical sourcing tools.

• Strong understanding of IT concepts, programming languages, and technical stacks.
• Excellent candidate sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other technical sourcing tools.
• Ability to effectively assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
