About the Role

Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy, is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote team. You will be instrumental in identifying and securing top-tier tech talent for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, coupled with exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement skills. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from understanding complex requirements to negotiating offers. As a remote-first professional, you will have the opportunity to operate from anywhere, contributing expertise to clients across various regions, with a strong focus on innovation and efficiency in technical hiring, supporting the firm's objective to be a leader in North West technical recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of technical roles, including software development, IT infrastructure, data science, and cybersecurity.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build a strong technical talent pipeline.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to effectively assess candidate skills and marketability.
• Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or a similar role within a recruitment agency or in-house setting.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to candidates and clients.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing niche technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, and other advanced methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
