Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join a fast-growing tech client on a fully remote basis. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and IT roles, leveraging sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards to attract top talent from anywhere.

You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate experience end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar IT/engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of technology roles, skill sets, and the tech industry landscape.
• Proficient with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Experience with Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques.
