Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in IT sourcing
• Proven track record of placing candidates in technical roles
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and tech jargon

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for software developers, engineers, IT support, and project managers
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Build relationships with technical professionals and stay updated on market trends
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from engagement to offer
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS
• Contribute to business development by identifying potential tech clients
