Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in technical or IT recruitment, preferably in a consultancy setting.
• Strong understanding of common technical roles, programming languages, engineering disciplines, and IT infrastructure.
• Proven ability to source candidates through specialized technical job boards, professional networks, and forums.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to speak technically with candidates and clients.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and engineering roles, including IT, manufacturing, and construction.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specific technical skills and certifications.
