Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule based in Vereeniging, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and present technology solutions to address their challenges.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
