Placements24 is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our technology sales team in Pretoria. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on cutting-edge SaaS products and delivering value to clients.

The role requires 3–5 years of closing SaaS sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive revenue and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in a closing Account Executive role, preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of the software sales cycle and sales methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for assigned leads and opportunities, from initial contact through to closing.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospect needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
• Collaborate with sales engineers and customer success managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
