Placements24 in South Africa is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative focused on enterprise accounts to drive revenue in Soweto and the Gauteng region. You will sell complex solutions to large organizations and build strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders.

The role covers the full sales cycle with hybrid work flexibility, a base salary plus uncapped commission, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise sales experience selling complex solutions.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with senior-level clients.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with Soweto and Gauteng enterprise market is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting large enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex deals.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and support teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
