Job summary

Be Different Sa (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Sales Admin to oversee and optimise day-to-day operations of a technology-driven organisation in Centurion. The role focuses on driving efficiency, scalability and effective resource use across departments.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT managed services or tech operations, with hands-on experience in process improvement, budget management and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance or related field (Master’s advantageous).
• 5–7 years’ experience in an operational management or senior administrative role, preferably in tech.
• Experience in reporting, business process improvement and operational leadership.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with budget management experience.
• Proven track record in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations across departments and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Design, implement, and improve operational systems and best practices to boost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage vendor, partner and service provider relationships and performance obligations.
• Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial reports.
• Monitor key metrics, identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead initiatives to standardise workflows and optimise resource allocation.
• Support department heads with guidance to meet business objectives.
