Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field required; Master’s advantageous.
• 5–7 years in operational management or senior admin, preferably in tech.
• Experience in reporting, process improvement and leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with budget experience.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across departments ensuring smooth workflow.
• Design, implement and improve operational systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships and contractual obligations.
• Develop monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports and insights.
