Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in reporting, business process improvement and operational leadership.
• Strong business operations management experience, ideally within a technology or fast-paced, growth-oriented sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in budget management and reporting.
• Proven track record in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities with the ability to inspire and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in business management tools, reporting systems and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Design, implement, and improve operational systems, processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners and service providers, ensuring performance and contractual obligations are met.
• Develop and deliver detailed monthly, quarterly and annual operational and financial performance reports.
• Monitor and analyse key business metrics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide senior leadership with actionable insights to support decision‑making.
• Implement reporting structures that ensure transparency and accountability across the organisation.
• Identify areas of operational inefficiency and develop solutions to improve cost‑effectiveness and productivity.
• Lead initiatives that standardise workflows, optimise resource allocation and leverage technology to streamline operations.
• Champion continuous improvement and embed a culture of operational excellence throughout the business.
• Support the leadership team in building and maintaining a high‑performing culture.
• Provide operational guidance to department heads and staff to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to workforce planning, training and professional development initiatives to build organisational capability.
• Assist the leadership team in executing the business strategy by translating goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
