Placements24 is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to form strategic partnerships with business units in Centurion, Gauteng. You will align HR strategies with business goals, drive engagement, and support operational efficiency.

The role requires partnering with senior leadership on HR strategy, managing talent, performance, and employee relations, and leading workforce planning in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, incl. 3+ years in Senior HR Generalist/HRBP.
• Experience partnering with senior management to drive HR strategy.
• Strong knowledge of SA labor law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technology sector experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, understanding their objectives and challenges.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Drive talent management processes, including workforce planning and succession planning.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and contribute to fostering a positive organizational culture.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to deliver integrated HR solutions.
