Job summary

Law-Hire Limited seeks a Talent Sourcing & Learning & Development Consultant to recruit for the GBC and drive the Learning & Development agenda. The role covers recruitment administration, candidate coordination and screening, and stakeholder liaison to meet employment equity targets.

Responsibilities include onboarding data capture, payroll-related documents, and maintaining HR records. You will ensure compliance with Labour Legislation and POPIA while partnering with HR to manage training

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent; HR degree or higher recommended.
• SDF certification in SASSETA or equivalent required.
• Experience in recruitment operations and HR administration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection of all employees per firm processes.
• Coordinate interviews, postings, and candidate communications.
• Maintain recruitment databases and reports for HR Manager.
• Oversee onboarding data capture and payroll submission documents.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Legislation and POPIA.
