googleboy is seeking a Human Capital Consultant in Cape Town to support business on all HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations and governance.

You will manage recruitment lifecycle, draft disciplinary documentation, assist onboarding/offboarding, provide advisory guidance on employment law, and prepare HR reports. The role reports to the HR Manager and requires proactive partnership with line managers to ensure policy compliance.

Qualificações

• Day-to-day advisory on employment-related issues and HR best practices.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle for allocated vacancies and related admin.
• Support governance and compliance to quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day advisory services on employment-related issues.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle for vacancies including administration.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Draft disciplinary documentation with HR Manager oversight.
• Advise line managers on performance and policy matters.
• Prepare accurate HR reports and support induction programs.
• Participate in disciplinary enquiries when required.
