Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on talent management and acquisition.
• Proven recruitment, performance management, and employee development experience.
• Knowledge of South African labour legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Strategic mindset and proactive talent development approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce development.
• Manage the recruitment process to attract and onboard high-caliber candidates.
• Implement and oversee performance management systems and processes.
• Design and deliver employee development programs and training initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
• Maintain HR data and generate reports related to talent management metrics.
• Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and HR best practices in Sandton, Gauteng.
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management on talent-related matters.
