A 4–6 year HR background and SA labor law knowledge are essential, with a remote-friendly policy and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years HR experience with emphasis on talent acquisition and management.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
• Knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a tech/startup environment in Gauteng preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
• Design and administer performance management processes including reviews.
• Identify learning needs and coordinate training and career pathing initiatives.
• Support succession planning and identify high-potential employees.
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws in Randburg.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to inquiries.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems.
