Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for a variety of roles, ideally in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
