About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on creative roles, to join their HR team in Mossel Bay. This position is crucial for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent within the arts, design, and entertainment sectors. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to extending offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This hybrid role combines essential in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work, supporting the growth of our innovative team in the beautiful coastal region of the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for creative positions, including designers, artists, writers, and content creators.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, including interviews and portfolio reviews, to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates from application to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
