You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building a strong employer brand. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering their professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment expertise.
• Implement and optimize recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance employer branding.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a significant portion in a leadership or specialist role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies.
• Strong understanding of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication , and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a team in a fully remote environment.
• Experience in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives is highly desirable.
