You will source creatively, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and build a robust talent pipeline for diverse creative and technical roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in arts/entertainment/creative industries.
• Proven sourcing and candidate attraction for diverse roles.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment and candidate evaluation skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
