Placements24 is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of creative roles in Mossel Bay. You will source candidates, screen portfolios, and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience in a hybrid setup.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, guide offers, and maintain the ATS, while contributing to the growth of the Western Cape's arts and entertainment sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition for creative industries.
• Proficient at sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, networks.
• Strong interviewing and portfolio assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of the Mossel Bay/Western Cape talent landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract creative candidates.
• Screen candidates and review portfolios to assess fit and skills.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from application to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and best practices.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system with candidate progress.
