BCXP in Centurion, South Africa seeks a Monitoring & Surveillance Systems Operator to support networks and servers, including EMS and SAP environments. You will handle ticket-based 1st/2nd level support, contact centre communications, and timely escalation of issues to ensure client uptime.

The role requires a minimum of Grade 12 (NQF4) and 2 years of relevant experience; CCNA, A+, and related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Monitoring & Surveillance Systems.
• Experience with EMS and SAP BI, ERP, CRM monitoring.
• Certifications A+ and CCNA are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Monitor network and server health.
• Provide 1st/2nd line support via tickets and contact centre.
• Escalate anomalies promptly.
• Respond to client inquiries and unresolved issues.
• Ensure business continuity by meeting specified SLAs.
• Adhere to client policies, procedures and governance.
