Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Syspro Administrator to manage and support the organisation’s ERP environment, ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement. You will serve as a primary contact for users, provide training, and drive enhancements across finance, sales and stock modules.

The role requires ERP experience, especially with Syspro, strong SQL Server skills, and a penchant for precise reporting and process optimisation. Collaboration across IT and business units is essential.

Qualifications

• Information Systems or related qualification.
• ERP systems experience; Syspro is a plus.
• End-user support in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the ERP system across the business
• Provide first-line support to users and escalated issues
• Configure and maintain modules including finance, sales, stock control
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions
• Develop and maintain reports using ERP tools and Excel
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability
• Provide user training and training materials
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements
• Support broader IT-related issues
• Maintain system security, backups, and disaster recovery
