Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in IT, systems support or related field.
• 5+ years supporting and maintaining production computer systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with SAP and/or Evolve ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; prioritise workload and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing software products and assist in ERP developments.
• Provide application support for business systems and resolve user issues.
• Investigate system incidents, identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Analyse recurring incidents and recommend long-term solutions.
• Support system implementations before, during, and after deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and Help Desk knowledge articles.
• Monitor system performance and maintain data quality and integrity.
• Perform scheduled system maintenance and support activities.
• Manage support calls by logging, prioritising, tracking, and updating incidents in real time.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure service delivery.
• Review and recommend continuous improvements to business systems and support processes.
• Participate in problem management and report recurring issues to improve performance.
