The role involves assisting customers with SYSPRO product implementations and support, ensuring high-quality solutions are maintained. Candidates should have a Senior certificate or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience in implementing Syspro and expertise in Financial and Distribution modules. Qualifications

• 3-5 Years Experience implementing and supporting Syspro.
• Minimum 3 years business process experience.
• Minimum 3 years Syspro product experience.
• Minimum 3 years Supply Chain and Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the customer to ensure business relevant solutions are implemented and maintained.
• Ensure relevant project documentation is kept up to date.
• Provide maintenance support and ensure that hours are billed to the customer.
• Provide virtual training.
