Qualifications

• Syspro front-end and back-end support.

• Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

Responsibilities

• Providing 1st and 2nd line Syspro support.
• Logging and following up on tickets with the Syspro VAR.
• Identifying Syspro training requirements and facilitating user training.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP environment.
• Participating in ERP-related projects and system enhancements.
