Network Finance is seeking a Syspro Administrator to manage and support the organisation’s ERP environment, ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement. You will serve as a primary contact for users, provide training, and drive enhancements across finance, sales and stock modules.

The role requires ERP experience, especially with Syspro, strong SQL Server skills, and a penchant for precise reporting and process optimisation. Collaboration across IT and business units is essential.

As a Syspro Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s ERP system, ensuring seamless functionality across various business processes. You will act as a key point of contact for system users, provide support and training, and play an important role in maintaining system stability, security, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the ERP system across the business


• Provide first-line support to users and escalated issues where required


• Configure and maintain system modules, including finance, sales, and stock control


• Manage user access, roles, and permissions in line with business requirements


• Develop and maintain reports using ERP tools and Excel


• Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• Information Systems or related qualification

Experience:

• Experience working with ERP systems (Syspro highly advantageous)


• Experience supporting end-users in a business environment

Technical Skills:

• Strong ERP administration and configuration experience


• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and scripting


• Programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., C# or similar)


• Solid understanding of system integrations and reporting tools


• Experience with ODBC configuration and reporting
