Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an ERP implementation lead to drive the lifecycle from planning to go-live and post-implementation support. You will conduct process analyses, configure ERP modules, and manage system integrations to meet manufacturing and operational goals.

The role requires extensive experience with ERP projects, data migration, and change management, along with strong stakeholder engagement across departments.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT/CS/Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' professional experience.
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or operational environments.
• Experience with data migration, system integration, and change management.

• Manage integrations between ERP and third-party systems
• Lead data migration activities, including cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate issue resolution
• Develop and deliver training material, user guides, and adoption initiatives
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and project success
• Provide post-go-live support and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years' professional experience
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or operational business environments.
• Experience working with data migration, system integration, and change management initiatives
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels
• SYSPRO experience will be highly advantageous
• Agile, Project Management, or related certifications would be beneficial
