Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices/healthcare in SA and SSA.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and lead through influence.

Responsabilités

• Establish partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Own demand planning, inventory forecasting, budgeting, and financial forecasts.
• Build relationships with government entities and healthcare stakeholders to influence policies and funding.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the Surgery portfolio.
• Lead distributor performance management and channel optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams to meet objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform decisions.
