Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience in South Africa and SSA.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a complex matrix org.
• Strong networking and relationship-building with internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.

Responsabilités

• Establish partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Own demand planning, inventory forecasting, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Build relationships with government entities to influence policies and funding.
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the Surgery portfolio.
• Lead distributor performance management and channel optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with BD policies and ethical practices.
