Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices/healthcare in SA & SSA.
• Proven ability to manage multiple critical initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong networking and relationship-building with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen partnerships with decision-makers, influencers, and opinion leaders in healthcare.
• Own demand planning, inventory forecasting, budgeting, and financial forecasts to ensure accurate sales.
• Build relationships with government entities and health authorities to influence policies and funding.
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the Surgery portfolio.
• Lead distributor performance management and channel optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to support objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competition to inform decisions.
• Drive execution excellence and foster a high-performance culture.
