Job summary

Footgear in the Western Cape is seeking a capable Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales targets, and oversee stock and cash procedures. You’ll motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain tidy, compliant stores.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar retail role, proficiency with MS Office and retail management systems, strong cash handling and stock control skills, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements
