Job summary

Optimi Learning is seeking a motivated Student Advisor based in Centurion to drive sales targets while delivering exceptional guidance and customer service. The role requires strong English communication, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in a similar position.

You will engage with leads, nurture them through the sales funnel, and manage course revenue contributions, while maintaining performance metrics across calls, messages, and emails.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong command of English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets to contribute towards achieving overall business targets.
• Maintain high performance on metrics such as calls taken, time spent on a call, WhatsApp conversations, emails sent, and tickets answered.
• Ensure the proper use of leads through effective and efficient engagement.
• Nurture leads along the sales funnel and follow up on high-converting leads.
• Maintain a reasonable spread between high-value and low-value courses and aim for average contracted revenue.
• Manage cancellations from the sales department.
