Qualifications

• Three years' experience in student administration, support and recruitment focusing on sales and retention.

• Ability to manage and resolve student inquiries and complaints professionally.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual conversion targets for accepted students.
• Support the Team Lead in meeting recruitment and retention targets.
• Assist students in navigating different student engagement platforms.
