JCM Consultants (Pty) Ltd is seeking a dynamic sales-oriented professional to drive student enrolments and build strong relationships with schools, students, and sponsors. You will manage CRM records, lead generation, and follow-up communications while meeting daily activity targets.

The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with flexibility to work during school events and evenings as needed.

Formación

• 2–3 years’ sales experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building ability.
• Good analytical, organisational, and computer skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.

Responsabilidades
