Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business, Finance, Strategy, or related discipline is advantageous.
• CA(SA) qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution & Business Management: support the execution of the Transactional Banking SA strategy and monitor delivery plans.
• Performance Reporting & Business Insights: manage dashboards, analysis, and reporting to support executive decisions.
• Governance & Executive Enablement: coordinate governance forums, executive reports, and leadership meetings.
• Sales Enablement & Operational Effectiveness: drive initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency across the franchise.
• Stakeholder Management: build relationships across Sales, Product, Finance, Human Capital and support functions.
