We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy and Enablement Manager to support the strategic, operational, and governance agenda of Transactional Banking South Africa. In this critical role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate business performance management, enhance operational effectiveness, and ensure the successful execution of key business priorities.
Support the execution of the Transactional Banking SA strategy and strategic priorities. Coordinate and monitor key strategic initiatives and delivery plans. Identify business risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Partner with leadership to drive execution across the franchise.
Manage business performance reporting, dashboards, and management information. Analyse business and sales performance trends to generate actionable insights. Track progress against financial, strategic, and operational objectives. Deliver data-driven recommendations to support executive decision-making.
Coordinate governance forums, leadership meetings, business reviews, and executive committees. Prepare executive presentations, strategic updates, and management reports. Track business commitments, actions, and decisions to ensure delivery and accountability.
Drive initiatives that improve business productivity and efficiency. Enhance reporting, processes, and ways of working across the franchise. Support planning, forecasting, and business review processes.
Build strong relationships across Sales, Product, Coverage, Finance, Human Capital, and other support functions. Act as a central coordination point for strategic and cross-functional initiatives. Drive alignment across the broader Transactional Banking leadership team.
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
