Job summary

You will partner with senior leadership to drive initiatives, coordinate performance management, and enhance operational effectiveness to deliver key priorities.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preparing executive updates, and ensuring accountability across the franchise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business, Finance, Strategy or related discipline advantageous.
• CA(SA) qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Transactional Banking SA strategy and priorities.
• Coordinate governance forums, leadership meetings, and executive committees.
• Manage business performance reporting, dashboards and MI.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support executive decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track delivery and accountability.
• Drive planning, forecasting and business review processes.
