Daimler Truck Southern Africa Ltd is seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Executive in Centurion to drive used CV sales, build strong client relationships, and hit sales targets. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and vehicle demonstrations to arranging financing and delivering vehicles.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, a proven sales track record, and experience with CRM and business development. A Code 14 license and PDP are essential.

Formación

• 3-5 years' experience as a Sales Executive within a Commercial Vehicle operation.
• Proven sales track record with retail experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Experience in customer relationship management and business development.
• Exposure to commercial vehicle sales and dealership environments.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement sales activities to achieve agreed sales targets and budget objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and prospective corporate and private customers within the allocated geographical area.
• Develop, grow and maintain an active customer database.
• Conduct regular customer visits, prospecting activities and lead generation initiatives.
• Deliver professional vehicle demonstrations aligned to customer requirements.
• Facilitate financial arrangements through collaboration with Finance & Insurance (F&I) Consultants.
• Ensure smooth vehicle handover processes and customer satisfaction upon delivery.
• Monitor and communicate potential transaction risks or delays to management.
• Complete and process sales-related documentation accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
• Manage trade-in documentation, registration certificates and supporting sales transaction records.
• Attend to walk-in customers and telephonic enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and enquiries promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Promote and uphold the company's image, values and reputation at all times.
