• Engineering degree (B-Tech or BSc Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics).
• Previous experience in a technical sales role.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Own transport and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Build strong relationships with customers personally and professionally.
• Manage sales budget and gross margin.
• Attend to customer complaints effectively and respond within 24 hours.
• Respond to customers' technical service requests, troubleshoot issues, identify fault, and ensure root cause is fixed.
• Implement preventative maintenance programmes and visit customers to conduct equipment audits.
• Identify and achieve measurable technical and process developments and improvements.
• Liaise between customer, planning, and internal sales to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Understand the customer's business deeply and provide packaging solutions.
