HENSOLDT South Africa seeks a Technical Product Manager – Components to guide the development and delivery of advanced product and component solutions, ensuring technical excellence, market relevance, and profitability within the portfolio.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape product strategy, steer roadmaps, and strengthen business relationships in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Extensive experience in engineering, product development, or technical environments.
Proven experience in product/component lifecycle management and roadmap development.
Experience in market analysis and interpreting customer requirements.

Responsabilidades

Develop strategic inputs for product and component solutions by analysing market trends, industry developments, and end-user requirements.
Coordinate collaboration across internal stakeholders by aligning technical and strategic priorities with Business Line objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and manage external partners for strategic growth initiatives and long-term partnerships.
Monitor and report on business line performance through governance processes to support leadership decisions.
