The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in HR with a focus on talent management and recruitment, plus experience implementing talent acquisition and retention programs, analytics, and proficiency with ATS and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (required).
• 4–6 years of HR experience with emphasis on talent management and recruitment.
• Experience developing and implementing talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Strong understanding of performance management and employee development frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
