Job summary

Modena Durban is seeking two commercially driven Sales Executives to join our team. The roles combine new business development with strategic account growth, focusing on building relationships with Architects, Contractors and developers across design, engineering and construction sectors.

You will work with existing customers to expand relationships through software, services and training, while identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution sales or software sales is advantageous.
• CRM experience and ability to report on pipeline and opportunities.
• Ability to engage with technical and senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop existing customer accounts.
• Identify new opportunities within existing customers.
• Develop new prospective customers and conduct discovery meetings.
• Sell software, training, technology and services.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Present solutions to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account plans and report on progress.
• Travel regionally as required.
