Placements24 is recruiting an Account Manager to serve a portfolio of SME clients in Benoni, Gauteng. This hybrid role focuses on nurturing relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

You will be the primary contact for clients, collaborating with sales, support and operations to deliver tailored solutions and drive revenue while balancing remote work with office presence in Benoni.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in account management, customer success, or client-facing sales.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, customer-centric, and capable of identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME client accounts with high satisfaction and retention.
