Job summary

Flowserve South Africa (Proprietary) LTD is seeking a Sales Engineer to build and sustain relationships with key customers and trade organizations in Gauteng. Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in selling and supporting rotating equipment is preferred.
• Strong presentation and business writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings levels to meet or exceed assigned bookings goal.
• Maintain regular communication with key customers in the area you support.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Serve customers as primary contact for all business dealings, including proposals, deliveries, repairs, quality, and warranty claims.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits using marketing materials; collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain organized records including reports, quotes, status, and expenses; demonstrate ROI in solution selling.
