Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification required or equivalent professional designation.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business, Finance or Strategy is advantageous.
• 5-8 years of experience in business management, finance, strategy or corporate banking.
• Experience supporting senior executives and governance reporting is preferred.
• Strong financial management and performance analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Transactional Banking Sales strategy.
• Coordinate initiatives and monitor delivery against objectives.
• Develop and manage performance reporting and dashboards.
• Support governance forums and executive reporting.
• Drive sales enablement to improve productivity and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Coverage, Finance and other functions.
