Placements24 seeks a Senior Property Development Manager to drive end-to-end development initiatives from a remote capacity across South Africa, including Upington. You will oversee feasibility, finance, planning, and construction coordination while ensuring profitability and adherence to quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings a decade of progressive experience in property development, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage complex projects remotely with stakeholders nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in property development.
• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Engineering or Finance; Master's preferred.
• Strong leadership and remote collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate development opportunities across South Africa regions.
• Lead feasibility studies, financial modeling and due diligence for proposed projects.
• Oversee design, planning and permitting processes to meet objectives.
• Coordinate remote supervision with on-site teams and contractors.
• Manage budgets and timelines to ensure profitability and quality.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships with investors, government bodies and communities.
