Qualifications

• 8+ years of renewable energy project development experience.
• Proven track record in originating and advancing projects.
• Strong understanding of technologies, market dynamics, and policy landscapes.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new renewable energy development opportunities.
• Conduct site selection, feasibility studies, and resource assessments.
• Manage relationships with landowners, communities, and authorities.
• Develop PPAs and interconnection agreements.
• Prepare proposals, financial models, and investment cases.
