Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on power systems or renewable energy.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with renewable energy systems.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of solar PV, wind, battery storage, and grid integration.
• Excellent communication and leadership, adaptable to remote work.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and engineering for renewable energy projects, including grid-tied and off-grid systems.
• Develop system architecture, component selection, and performance specifications.
• Oversee electrical simulations, analysis, and optimization for maximum efficiency and reliability.
• Manage and mentor a team of remote electrical engineers, fostering collaboration and technical growth.
